PROJECT DETAILS

The Volksblad Offices, a warehouse turned office space, showcases the versatility and re-use of bland spaces in the city.

The shell of the space was kept intact while additions, including the addition of another storey, a sandstone feature wall that anchors the staircase and the addition of a new reception.

Through this intervention, we see the transformation and optimal re-use of a previously undefined space through careful expenditure.
